Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Times
Orders placed on our website are processed within 1 business days. Please note that our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received after 5:00 PM will be processed on the following business day. Once processed, orders will be shipped according to the selected shipping method.
2. Domestic and International Shipping Options
Domestic Shipping
Our domestic shipping is available within the United States. We offer several shipping options based on delivery speed and price:
- Standard Shipping: 8-12 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 3-4 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business day delivery
International Shipping
International orders have the following estimated delivery times:
- Standard International Shipping: 7-21 business days
- Expedited International Shipping: 3-7 business days
Please be aware that certain countries have shipping restrictions due to carrier limitations or customs regulations. Unfortunately, we do not ship to countries restricted by these regulations.
3. Shipping Costs
Our shipping costs vary depending on the order total and selected shipping method.
International Customers: Shipping costs do not include import duties, taxes, or other fees that may be imposed by your local customs agency. These additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Returns, Changes, and Cancellations
We understand that adjustments may be necessary, and we strive to accommodate changes whenever possible.
- Returns: For return information, please refer to our dedicated Return Policy page.
- Order Changes: To make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After this time, changes may not be possible if the order has already been processed.
- Cancellations: Cancellations are available only if the order has not yet shipped. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance with a replacement or refund.
6. Potential Service Interruptions
While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, factors outside of our control (such as weather conditions or carrier delays) may impact shipping times. We will communicate any known delays on our website, but please anticipate that unexpected interruptions may extend delivery windows.
